Rigorous vetting process for prospective tenants including referencing and credit check

Right to Rent check

Professional photographs

Providing a tenancy agreement (including arranging Guarantors where necessary) and other important documentsCollecting the tenant’s first advance rental and security deposit {which will be transferred to the Landlord} in accordance with current legislation.

 

2) Rent Collection

Our rent collection includes everything in the Let Only Service plus:

Standing order set up to ensure rental payments are paid directly into your account.

Receive ongoing rental payments, preparing and forwarding the financial statements to the landlord monthly, and remitting the balance of rental payments, provided the same has been received.

Serving of necessary notices where applicable

Organising and negotiating end of tenancy dilapidation claims and deposit returns

Advising on the transfer of the relevant utilities i.e., gas, electricity, and water.

Regular sector information including advice on updates to relevant legislative
